Shipping Policy
- Certified shipping. All orders have a tracking number.
- Customs or other import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Orders arrive within 5-7 working days Europe / 10-15 days outside Europe.
- Please note we can’t be held responsible for any delays, damage, or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.
- Special or express shipping methods can be applied, contact us for inquiries.
- The customer is responsible for providing the right address during checkout at www.zeltiacrafts.com. In case of wrong address due to the customer's fault, and the package is returned to the sender, additional shipping costs will be for the customer's account.
- Missed your Delivery? Your parcel will wait for you at your local post office to pick it up. After 7 days, unclaimed parcels will be sent back to the sender (Zeltia).
- Please note that during peak holiday seasons, orders may experience some delays due to increased shipping volume.
