RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Zeltia, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Please read the details below based on the type of product you’ve purchased.

Clothing Items:

1.Return & Exchange Timeframe:

Customers have 1 week from the day of delivery to return or exchange their clothing item. After this period, we will not be able to process any returns or exchanges.

2.Return Condition:

Returned items must be in their original condition:

•Unworn

•Unwashed

•In the original packaging (if applicable)

•With all tags attached

**For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.**

All returns will be carefully inspected. If the item shows signs of use (such as wear or damage), the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item to themselves.

3.How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To begin the return or exchange process, please email us at [email protected]. Do not send the item back to the sender without first contacting us. Our customer service team will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions for sending the item back.


4.Shipping Costs:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defect), Zeltia will cover the return shipping cost.

Signs of Use: If a returned item shows signs of use, the customer will be required to pay for the return shipping cost, and the item will not be refunded until it meets the return conditions.

5.Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6.Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7.Policy Limitations:

This Returns & Exchange Policy applies only to clothing items purchased from Zeltia. Other product categories may have different policies.

 

 

Jewelry Items:

1.Returns:

Zeltia does not accept returns on jewelry unless the product is damaged or doesn’t match the product description.

•We will repair or replace faulty items free of charge within 7 days of purchase.

2.Exchanges:

Size or item exchanges are accepted and must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

•The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for both the exchange and the new shipment, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

•If the buyer does not find a product that suits their needs at the time of the exchange, a voucher will be sent to them via email. Vouchers are valid for 3 months. After that period, the voucher will no longer be redeemable.


3.Incorrect Items:

•Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days so we can send you the correct item. We will not address any claims of errors reported after this period.

•If the item is incorrect or damaged, please email us immediately at [email protected] with a photo of the product and a description of the situation.

4.Return Process:

Contact us before returning any items to obtain an address. We will not be responsible for lost returns, so please ensure that you use appropriate packaging and a tracking number for your return.

Any returns with postage due will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
