Terms & Conditions

SHIPPING

  • Certified shipping. All orders have a tracking number.
  • Customs or other import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Orders arrive within 5-7 working days Europe / 10-15 days outside Europe.
  • Please note we can’t be held responsible for any delays, damage, or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.
  • Special or express shipping methods can be applied, contact us for inquiries.
  • The customer is responsible for providing the right address during checkout at www.zeltiacrafts.com. In case of wrong address due to the customer's fault, and the package is returned to the sender, additional shipping costs will be for the customer's account.
  • Missed your Delivery? Your parcel will wait for you at your local post office to pick it up. After 7 days, unclaimed parcels will be sent back to the sender (Zeltia).
  • Please note that during peak holiday seasons, orders may experience some delays due to increased shipping volume.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Be mindful while placing your orders as Zeltia does not accept any returns.
  • We only accept returns if the products are damaged or don’t match the product description.
  • Size or item exchanges are accepted and must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, worn, or washed, and with all tags attached.
  • The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs from the exchange and the new shipment. Unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • If the buyer does not find a product that suits their needs at the time they wish to make the exchange, a voucher will be sent to them via email. Vouchers are valid for 3 months. Vouchers will not be redeemed after their validity period.
  • We will repair or replace faulty items free of charge within 7 days of purchase.
  • Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days so we can send you the correct item. We will not address any claims of errors reported after 7 days.
  • If that’s the case, please write immediately an email to [email protected] with a photo of the product and a a description of the situation.
  • Please contact us before returning any items to obtain an address.
  • We will not be responsible for lost returns. Make sure that you are using appropriate packaging with a tracking number for your return. Any returns with postage due will not be accepted, they will be returned to the sender.
