4. Shipping

Zeltia Crafts is not responsible for delays, customs fees, or lost packages once an item has been shipped. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Clothing: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in unused, original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

• Jewelry: Due to hygiene and the delicate nature of handmade pieces, returns and exchanges are not accepted for jewelry, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted. If a returned item is used, the customer will be responsible for shipping it back to themselves.

• All returns must be requested by emailing [email protected]. Do not return items without prior contact and return authorization.

6. Warranty

All handmade necklaces come with a 6-month repair warranty covering craftsmanship defects. If the damage is not due to a fault on our part (e.g. wear, accidents, or improper handling), the repair may not be covered, but we are happy to assist and discuss repair options.
